Ogalo has responded to the growing trend within Australia. Post GFC (Global Financial Crisis) Full Service restaurant spend fell 9%, many semi-formal bookings based Restaurants shut down or had to remodel their offering to stay competitive.
The Spend of Fast Food has risen by 23% of the past 4 years and a major reason why is attributed to Casual Dining where consumers can get a great valued wholesome meal alongside a glass of wine or beer in a calm, trendy and vibrant eatery destination.
"Consumers are increasingly choosing the more convenient and casual dining experience" says Diana Mousina, economist from Commbank Signals.
With the Australian dining experience shifting over the past decade and with the rise of health conscious consumers, Ogalo has identified an incredible opportunity to tailor our positioning directly at what our customers are demanding.
