FRANCHISE APPLICATION FORM

This application is provided to determine your suitability as a Franchisee of Ogalo Franchising Pty Ltd.

It is important that all information provided by you in this application is accurate and current so that you application may be properly assessed.

An application will only be considered if it has been completed in full.

This Franchise Application Form submitted by Ogalo to you is not an offer by Ogalo of a franchise and a prospective franchise will only be granted a franchise by Ogalo upon written confirmation by Ogalo or the prospective franchisee and Ogalo entering into the franchise documentation.

Once your application is received, it will be assessed for approval. Once you have received approval and you wish to proceed further, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit of $5,500.00 (incl GST). Payment can be made by cheque payable to Ogalo Franchising Pty Ltd or alternatively payment may be made by way of direct deposit into the following account;

If you enter into a franchise agreement with us, this payment will be applied against the franchise fee or other payments due.

The holding deposit will be refunded to you where you do not wish to become an Ogalo Franchisee except where you submit a written offer to acquire a franchise (Franchise Application Form) and subsequently withdraw the offer or you exercise your cooling off rights in accordance with the Code. The holding deposit will be applied towards the Retention Amount currently $4,750.00 (incl GST) and any balance refunded to the prospective Franchisee.
